Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that as we source some of our products from abroad, holidays of third countries can delay processing of our shipments. Estimated delivery time for orders are 5-7 weekdays.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the all of the world except countries ad regions sanctioned by OFAC or European Commission. 

At this time, we do not ship to following countries:

Afghanistan, Angola, Antigua and Barbuda, Belarus, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Chad, Cape Verde, Cayman Islands, Christmas Island, Djibouti, Eritrea, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Palestinian Territories, Gabon, Gambia, Libya, Niger, Reunion, Rwanda, Russia, Yemen, Burma, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Iran, Mali, Nicaragua, North Korea, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MATMAZEL pays for the charges and make sure that you are called by the custom authorities for the release of your order. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs for the return. Please contact to learn to destination address for your return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
