This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") has effect and results following its publication on the website with the extension www.matmazel.com by Fevup Brands Inc. ("FEVUP" “SELLER” or “Matmazel”) and is related to the persons who visit the website and purchase products ("BUYER").

1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to him / her or the person / organization at the address indicated by him / her, without having to show any reason, provided that he / she clearly states it by phone or e-mail. 

1. We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs for the return. If a contracted shipping company is specified for product return by the SELLER, the BUYER is obliged to send the product with this contracted shipping company. If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the term, no expense is charged to the BUYER.

1. If the ordered product defect is caused by customer use or if the product has been used within the 14-day period, the product cannot be returned.

Following the performance of the above-mentioned requirements by the BUYER, the seller is obliged to refund all payments collected, including the costs of delivery of the goods to the consumer, if any, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods subject to the right of withdrawal to the carrier specified in the preliminary notification for return.

1. However, if the consumer returns the goods by a carrier other than the one communicated to them by SELLER for the return, this obligation starts from the date the goods reach the seller.

1. If there is a decrease in the value of the goods for a reason arising due to the BUYER or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER's damages in proportion to its fault.

1. In the event that the campaign limit amount issued by the SELLER falls below the campaign limit amount due to the use of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign will be canceled
